1. Age Requirement:
● Open to children aged 4 to 12 years.

2. Registration:
● Pre-registration is required to secure a spot.
● Registration closes 24 hours before the event.

3. Drop-Off and Pick-Up:
● All children must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian.
● A valid photo ID is required at pick-up.

4. Late Pick-Up Fee:
● A late fee of $1 per minute will apply after the scheduled pick-up time.

5. Cancellation Policy:
● Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
● Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will not be refunded.

6. Health and Safety:
● Children showing signs of illness (fever, cough, etc.) will not be allowed to attend.

7. Behavior Expectations:
● Children are expected to follow instructions and treat others with respect.
● If a child exhibits disruptive behavior, parents will be contacted, and early pick-up may be required.

8. Food and Allergies:
● A light snack will be provided.
● Please notify staff of any food allergies at the time of registration.

9. Emergency Contact:
● Parents must provide a reachable emergency contact number.

10. Consent for Participation
● I, the undersigned parent/guardian, hereby give my permission for my child to participate in the Parents’ Night Out Program at Rite Click Learning Center. I understand that the program includes hands-on activities such as arts and crafts, building projects, and group games.

11. Medical Authorization
● In the event of an emergency, I authorize the staff of Rite Click Learning Center to seek medical attention for my child, including contacting emergency medical services. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me or the emergency contact listed above before treatment is administered.

12. Assumption of Risk
● I acknowledge that participation in the Parents’ Night Out Program involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to minor injuries (scrapes, bruises) and more serious injuries (sprains, broken bones). I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child's participation.

13. Release of Liability
● I hereby release and hold harmless Rite Click Learning Center, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries that may arise from my child's participation in the program, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
