Program Overview:

FIRST LEGO League Explore is designed for children from Grade 2. It introduces young minds to the exciting world of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) through hands-on, creative problem-solving activities. In this program, students will use LEGO bricks and coding to explore real-world challenges, developing their critical thinking, teamwork, and innovation skills.

Each season centers around a different theme related to real-world issues, such as recycling, energy, or space exploration. The theme for the 2024–2025 FIRST LEGO League (FLL) season is SUBMERGED℠.

Teams research the topic, create a LEGO model with moving parts, and develop a simple program to operate their model.

Poster:
Teams create a “Show Me” poster to illustrate their journey, including what they learned, the challenges they faced, and their solutions. The poster is a visual representation of their project and is shared at events.

At the end of the season, teams participate in expos to present their projects and celebrate their accomplishments.These events are non-competitive, focusing on participation and learning.
